A gastronomic experience different from all others, an innovative way to fully enjoy the atmosphere of MON and its beating heart- the kitchen. Guests can choose and customize a variety of dishes from our menu that will be prepared exclusively for you and your guests by an expert local chef.
Cooking class
Together with skilled chefs, guests will be able to experience the creation of local recipes. The course offers the opportunity to share the Langa culture, through the simplest traditions, those of conviviality and cooking for those we love.
Wine tasting
Discover this unique terroir through its incredible wines. An expert sommelier will be available for tasting local wines, from the great Barolo and Barbarescos to the lesser-known yet equally intriguing local offerings.
Truffle hunting
An unforgettable experience! A walk taken through the woods while looking for the incomparable Alba White Truffle and the Precious Black, guided by an expert "trifolao" and his trusted dog “tabui”.
Lunch or “merenda sinoira” prêt-à-porter
After a long walk, take a nice break in the middle of the vineyards with a picnic basket full of local delicacies, prepared by a typical village osteria. An original way to enjoy lunch or a snack in the splendid Langhe surroundings.
